Opened in December 2020 by local culinary enthusiast Eric Mullen at the age of 23; our café is the realization of a dream inspired by Eric's early days spent cooking with his grandmother. With a passion ignited in his youth, Eric pursued his culinary education in the heart of Sicily, training with artisan bakers at Panificio Rubino in Palazzolo Acreide, Siracusa. This unique blend of local roots and Sicilian expertise is what defines the heart and soul of Café Sapori di Sicilia.
